A confidential conversation.
For business owners, advisers and introducers. Tell us a little about the business and what you have in mind.
Begin with an introduction.
You do not need to share sensitive information at this stage. A brief introduction is enough. Every enquiry is read and answered personally, within a few working days.

In confidence. Every enquiry is treated as confidential from the first message. We are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before anything sensitive is shared, and we approach no employee, customer or supplier without your agreement.
A first conversation commits you to nothing at all. Plenty of owners are years away from doing anything, and some decide not to sell. That is a perfectly good outcome.
If a business is not right for us, we will tell you quickly and say why.
Who gets in touch
Three ways to start.
Owners
Some with a decision made, more often two or three years ahead of one. Both are welcome, and the second is usually the more useful conversation.
Advisers
Corporate finance advisers, accountants, lawyers and brokers with a client considering a sale. We respond quickly and treat every introduction in confidence.
Introductions
Anyone who knows a good company and thinks its owner should meet a different kind of buyer.
